THE APARTMENTS 'Grosvenor Apartments' (New Delhi based), are the owners of two beautiful single bedroom adjoining apartments. Ground floor location allows easy access to the apartments, particularly for our elderly customers. Aesthetically designed, tastefully furnished and fully air conditioned, the apartments offer 5 Star quality accommodation and service at highly affordable prices - in short, we give you real value for your money. Each apartment has a bedroom with attached bath, a living cum dining room (with a kitchenette area) and two balconies. The Two apartments can also be used together as one set (inter-linking doors open), which is ideal for a family of more than 4 members. Each apartment offers the following : Accommodation for 4 persons ; two persons on the double bed, and two on the roll-over single floor mattresses in the living cum dining room

THE NEAREST STRETCH OF BEACH The nearest stretch of beach is around 500 metres away from the resort - a leisurely 12 minute walk along a tarred road and then along a public path. This stretch of beach is relatively more private and quiet as compared to the regular Calangute beach, which is around 500 metres away due north. The beach has a number of quaint bars and restaurants dotted along the coastline, largely built under shacks, which serve a variety of exciting items, with prices which are extremely reasonable. RATE

DOES NOT INCLUDE PAYMENT FOR USE OF THE RESORT'S "PAY FACILITIES AND SERVICES" Guests must take note of the fact that payments made by them before they check-in to Grosvenor Apartments, covers only the rental cost of their accommodation. Guests must pay the Resort Cashier for use of the Resort's pay facilities and services before they check - out. These facilities / services include room service pay items (food and drink, newspapers, etc.), external phone calls (local, trunk- national / international) made via the phone in the apartment or from elsewhere within the Resort, laundry, restaurants, bar, coffee shop, health club, beauty and massage parlour, rent-a-car, business services, etc.
